• THE DETAILS •
This is a private, by invitation and registered reservation only event. Attendees must be customers or clients of White Hill Home and have their reservation secured by no later than Monday June 02nd.
To ensure an intimate and inspired shopping experience, there are only 25 reservation spots available for the event.
Registered reservations are secured with a $200 non-refundable [except in the case of event cancellation] deposit, which will be used as a credit towards your day of purchase. Credits cannot be split between attendees or carried over post event.
Reservations are final, non-transferable, and include a +1 for each registered attendee.
To secure your spot, please complete the registration form included below. Once complete, White Hill Home will send you a digital invoice for your attendee deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, final confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email to the address provided. Registration is not guaranteed or complete until deposit is received.
• THE LOGISTICS •
The Hauer Market warehouse offers a wide range of goods, including large furnishings. You are welcome and encouraged to take away with you anything that you purchase at the event, including furniture items, so we recommend coming with a vehicle appropriately prepared for transport. Items purchased will be lightly wrapped and assistance will be on hand to help load pieces onto vehicles, however you will be responsible for the safe securing of all items.
Should you need to arrange for post event delivery, that can be coordinated directly through White Hill Home. Additional delivery fees will apply.
Should you need assistance in selecting the goods that are right for your home, we will be on hand to provide guidance, but in the interest of time, encourage you to connect with us before the event to discuss details and suggestions.
Acceptable forms of payment included debit and all major credit cards. No cash or cheque.
