Product Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction with your purchase is of the utmost importance to us and we take great pride in our product offering. All on-line orders are fulfilled directly by us at White Hill Home and all products go through strict quality control prior to shipping. Below is our return/exchange policy as it pertains to on-line and in-store purchases.
ON-LINE SHOP - ORDER RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING
In the event that your product is damaged during the shipping process our RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND policy lasts 7 calendar days from the time your products are delivered to you. To be eligible for a RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND, you must notify us within 7 days of shipment receipt that the item(s) has(have) arrived damaged. Please send an email with a picture of the damaged product along with order details (name, address, order number, and any other relevant information) and specify if you would like a refund or an exchange. For any damage product exchanges, we will ship out a replacement product at no cost to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is no longer available or where it was a one-off piece, we will contact you directly for next steps. This RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND Policy is null and void, and no returns/exchanges/refunds will be issued, if 7 days have gone by since the time of your order delivery.
ON-LINE SHOP - REFUND PROCESSING FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Once we have confirmation of damage, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. If you have requested a refund and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@whitehillhomeshop.com.
White Hill Home reserves the right to request any damaged product(s) be sent back to us as part of the refund policy, and we will cover the costs of shipping.
ON-LINE SHOP - ORDER RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESSING FOR ‘NON-DAMAGE’ ITEMS
To be eligible for any/all other ‘non-damage’ related exchanges/returns [with the exception '“final sale products”], you must notify us within 7 days of shipment receipt. White Hill Home will require you to bring or ship your product(s) with original packaging and shipping supplies to: White Hill Home, 54 Hurontario Steet, Collingwood, ON, L9Y 2L6. You will be responsible for covering any shipping costs for any exchange/return as well as any shipping costs for replacement products to be sent to you. Shipping costs on the original purchase, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we have received the items to be exchanged and verify the condition, we will send out your replacement items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS TO WHITE HILL HOME
In the event that your shipment is returned to White Hill Home due to inaccurate shipping information, or failure to receive/collect package(s) for any reason, customer shall be responsible for covering any and all additional shipping costs.
IN STORE - EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with your in-store purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be in the same condition and quality as when it was purchased.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
Any item noted in the section ‘Final Sale’ are not included in this exchange/refund policy and are final sale.
Returns that meet these conditions may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or an exchange, subject to approval. Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return or exchange. Product Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is no longer available we will contact you directly to discuss next steps. White Hill Home reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements of this return policy.
“FINAL SALE'“ PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM IN-STORE/ON-LINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
The following product categories are characterized as final sale are are not eligible for ANY exchanges or refunds:
-Fine Art Photography Prints, framed or unframed
-End of Season/Clearance Sale items as defined by White Hill Home.
-Seasonal Items not returned/exchanged within the exchange/return window (7 days)
-Custom Furniture Purchases as defined by White Hill Home
-Custom Wall Murals
-Any custom sourced order item or custom made item including but not limited to:
-Vintage/Antique ‘one of a kind’ sourced items, i.e., vintage pottery, vintage lamps, and/or vintage accessories
-Linen Bedding Orders
-Commissioned Papier Mache Art including but not limited to custom made vessels or commissioned wall art
